The Fall 2015 TV premieres continue this week with some big-time favorites returning and some great new shows starting. Amongst the new shows are some novel sitcoms, a hospital drama, and thrillers that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Check out the great premieres you can’t miss the week of Sept 27th.
Great Comedies Await
On Sunday September 27th, there are tons of shows returning for the Fall 2015 season, especially on FOX: Bob’s Burgers at 7:30, The Simpsons at 8:00, Brooklyn Nine-Nine at 8:30, Family Guy at 9:00 and The Last Man on Earth at 9:30. Dubbed Sunday Funday, this lineup of comedies is sure to keep you entertained.
CBS’s 60 Minutes also returns Sunday at 7pm for its 47th season – an amazing feat for any TV show. Fairy tale drama Once Upon a Time is back on ABC at 8pm, with 2 brand new dramas debuting immediately after on ABC – Blood & Oil at 9 and Quantico at 10.
On Monday the 28th, the only premiere of the fall is the new PBS show I’ll Have What Phil’s Having at 10pm. It follows a TV producer as he travels to culinary capitals of the world trying the best specialties. It is a sure bet for any foodie.
Tuesday the 29th is the debut of the much –hyped Grandfathered at 8pm on FOX. Featuring 1980’s heartthrob John Stamos as a single hottie who discovers in one fell swoop that not only is he a dad, but also a grandfather. This one is sure to draw in legions of female fans who swooned over this actor on General Hospital and Full House.
Following Grandfathered, at 8:30 is another brand new FOX comedy The Grinder. Bringing Rob Lowe and Fred Savage together as a TV actor who played a lawyer and his brother, an actual lawyer; this sitcom is likely to confirm that no other network delivers comedy as well as FOX.
Amazing Dramas Abound
ABC has its 3rd season premiere of the ever –exciting Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. at 9pm on Tuesday. The show is a hit with both sci-fi fans and anyone who loves superheroes.
Wednesday September 30th has 3 premieres. Criminal Minds is back again on CBS at 9pm for its eleventh season. The series premiere of the exciting new hospital drama Code Black follows on the same channel at 10pm. On NBC, Chicago P.D. returns at 10pm for its third season.
Thursday October 1st sees the return of FOX favorite Bones at 8:00. At 9:00, it’s time for the anxiously-awaited return of NBC’s hit “The Blacklist”. Sleepy Hollow also begins its third season at 9pm on FOX. At 10pm, ensemble comedy Benders premieres on IFC, a show about a group of hockey-obsessed friends.
On Friday October 2nd, rounding out the week, is the new comedy Dr. Ken on ABC. Featuring an actual medical doctor, this new show is definitely a case of art imitating life.
